Diesel Engine Supervision System - Marine Vision
The project scope included design, manufacture, install and commission a monitoring system for twin diesel engines and a generator set, plus tank levels in a commercial tugboat. ECEFast manufactured the temperature sensors and supplied all the sensors as well as integrating the software in a 3 screen system. This installation has been operational for more than 4 years and gives us the core experience to offer customised systems for fixed diesel pumps or Generator sets, as well as Marine applications. The equipment used is flexible in functionality and we are confident we can satisfy most technical operational requirements.- Data from sensors via 8 channel digital converters to HMI via RS485
- Three HMI in Master and two slave configuration
- Day and night screen
- Full alarm management and recording
- Data readily available from multiple screens.
