Autoclave Control System ECEFast integrates Texmate Tiger control solutions - such as this custom autoclave controller and quality recorder. The client wanted a system to control the autoclave operation and sequence, and to record the temperature/ time data for quality control. This was summarised on a printed ticket which could accompany the processed batch. The batch is identified using a 2D Barcode scanner. Depending on client requirements, this could be paper based or paperless, and multiple autoclaves could be networked, with data reported to a single "server".
